Trafford Middle School (Penn-Trafford School District) has received a grant from the 'Fuel Up to Play 60!' program. The grant includes $500 worth of footballs, flag belts, and an NFL Flag-In-School Football curriculum including a series of "skills and drills" videos. The grant was made possible through the National Dairy Council (NDC) and the National Football League (NFL).
Mr. Ryan Yarosik, the school’s phys-ed teacher, wrote the grant application and comments, “I thought it was an awesome opportunity to recognize the value of physical activity for health, enjoyment, and social interaction.”
