Trafford Middle School students participated in the school’s monthly Career Cafe on January 20, 2023. The program features a different career speaker each month and a presentation by a Trafford community volunteer.
January’s guest speaker was Mr. Lightner, a Simulation Specialist. He shared information about the required job training, what he does in a typical work day, and then he allowed the students to experience using a medical simulation mannequin. The students enjoyed learning about how the simulation is used in the real world and how this benefits many workers in different careers in the medical field.
All students at Trafford Middle School were given the opportunity to attend the presentation during their lunch period.
