Instrumentalists from Penn and Trafford Middle Schools participated in the Westmoreland County Jr. High Band Festival on January 26, 2024 at Mt. Pleasant High School. Students were selected to participate in the performance by audition.
The concert was conducted by IUP professor, Dr. Jason Worzbyt.
