The Penn-Trafford School Board and Administration has announced the Students of the Month for April 2024. The students attended the April 8, 2024 School Board meeting where they were each introduced by their school’s principal and presented a certificate of achievement.
Sophie Mrdjenovich is a 5th-grade student at Sunrise Estates Elementary School. Dr. Karin Coiner, principal, commended Sophie for being a kind and selfless student who pushes herself both in academics and extracurricular activities.
Liana Revak is an 8th-grade student at Trafford Middle School. Though Principal Sullivan was not in attendance, his written remarks praised Liana for being a well-rounded student who produces high-quality work in her academics, is mature and friendly to her teachers and peers, and leads with grace.
Amanda Bobish is a 12th-grader at Penn-Trafford High School. Dr. Greg Capoccioni, assistant principal, spoke of Amanda’s vast extracurricular activities at the high school, her knack for leadership, and her commitment to excellence.
