The Penn-Trafford School District recognized its April Students of the Month at the April 7, 2025, school board meeting. Each student was introduced by their principal and received a certificate of achievement.
Elementary: Eli Catale, a 2nd-grader at Sunrise Elementary, was praised by Principal Dan DiNapoli for his hard work, kindness, and well-rounded character.
Middle School: Cami Mielke, an 8th-grader at Trafford Middle School, was recognized by Principal Roger Sullivan for her academic excellence, friendly personality, and creativity.
High School: Ashley Hugus, a 12th-grader at Penn-Trafford High School, was commended by Assistant Principal Dr. Greg Capoccioni for her commitment to becoming an educator, community service, extracurricular involvement, and generous spirit.
